If you are not happy with the smile projection after receiving the 3D Preview, we will give you a full refund. With our team of expert Dentists and Orthodontists we will be with you all the way until you get the results promised.

On completion of your treatment, if the projected results are not achieved, we will give you free additional refinement aligners.

Also if our Dentists determine that you are not a suitable candidate for aligner treatment, you will receive a full refund of anything you have spent with us

Once you approve the treatment plan then a refund will not be possible, however we can replace your aligners if there is a manufacturing defect or an ill-fitting issue.
